Shipping policy

UK DELIVERY

All orders must be placed by 12:00 pm for same day dispatch (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 12:00 pm on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Standard UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free on orders over £50 (applies to UK Mainland orders only). If you shop for less than £50, then the standard delivery cost will be £3.99. The cut-off time for processing orders on the same day is 12pm. We aim to deliver all standard deliveries within 3-5 working days. In very rare cases delivery may be subject to delays due to adverse weather if the delivery address is in a remote location or mislocated by Royal Mail where it might take up to 10 working days.

 

EUROPE & WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

International delivery charges & times will vary. European deliveries take 5+ days. Some of the large items for international delivery may cost extra, we will be able to inform you about the exact cost by email if it's different from the suggested delivery cost.

Note: Customer is responsible for any local taxes / international customs duties and customer clearances charges (if any). The customer will be liable for the postage costs of the parcel in case it is returned to us due to non-payment of customs and border charges.
